Movie presentation „Men's Attitudes toward Women in Roma Community“

Through project „Take Care of a Women“ implemented by NGO Montenegrin Woman's Lobby in Podgorica and Berane with aim to inform and empowerment of Roma and Egyptian women as well as education of  Roma and Egyptian men on harmful effects of discrimination, violence against women and arranged juvenile marriages, a projection of movie „Men's Attitudes toward Women in Roma Community“ was held November 24, 2014 7PM in Podgorica in presence of more than 70 representatives of institutions and nongovernmental organizations.

Presentation of publication “Violence in Roma and Egyptian communities in Montenegro”

Publication “Violence in Roma and Egyptian communities in Montenegro” created after several months of research realized through project „Let's Act Preventively“ was presented at round table held in Podgorica, Montenegro on November 25, 2014 at 11 AM with presence of media and more than 20 participants, representatives of institutions and nongovernmental organization, working on prevention of violence as well as improvement of living conditions in Roma and Egyptian communities.
