CARE International Balkans, within the framework of the project “Brčko Inclusive Socioeconomic Initiative”, funded by the Czech Development Agency and CARE Czech Republic, is launching a Call for Consultants (individuals, teams, organizations, or companies) for the development of a brochure highlighting best practices in socio-economic support for marginalized citizens in Brčko District.

The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing both the content and design of the brochure, which will present the SEI Centre model – an innovative example of social and economic empowerment implemented through the partnership between CARE International and the Development-Guarantee Fund of Brčko District Government (RGFDB).

The brochure will feature success stories and practical experiences from local civil society organizations and social enterprises supported by the project, aiming to promote sustainable employment models and inclusive local development.

The application deadline is November 17, 2025, by 15:00h.
