CARE Balkans announces a Call for individual consultants or teams of consultants to conduct the Final Evaluation of the project “Right to a Future”, implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the financial support of the European Union.

The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability, with a particular focus on gender equality, human rights protection, and the prevention of child, early and forced marriage, gender-based violence and trafficking among Roma and other marginalised women and girls.

The assignment will be carried out in multiple locations across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Sarajevo, Tuzla, Prnjavor (and Vukosavlje), Doboj, Visoko and Kakanj, during the period 8–31 January 2026, for a maximum of 15 working days.
