CARE International Balkans is launching a Call for Consultants or Agencies to develop and propose an intervention mechanism that includes a funding scheme and a policy brief, under the project “Right to a Future”, funded by the European Union.
The aim of this engagement is to design a sustainable support model for girls at risk of early marriage or dropping out of school due to financial constraints, and to develop a policy brief with recommendations for improving local and national policies and practices.
