CARE Balkans is seeking consultant(s) or an agency to design and implement an awareness-raising campaign as part of the “Right to a Future” project, funded by the European Union and Aktion Deutschland Hilft. The campaign will focus on preventing Child, Early, and Forced Marriages (CEFM), engaging key stakeholders, and strengthening community awareness.

The selected consultant(s) or agency will be responsible for developing campaign materials, supporting social media activities, organizing media outreach, and ensuring the campaign’s visibility.
