CARE Balkans is announcing a public call for applications from qualified consultants (individuals, organizations, or companies) to deliver strategic planning support for the establishment of a social enterprise within the Brčko Inclusive Socioeconomic Initiative.

The consultancy will involve a participatory needs assessment, business model analysis, development of a Business Plan, and facilitation of capacity-building workshops. The selected consultant will work closely with the CARE team, the Development-Guarantee Fund of Brčko District Government (RGFBD), and local NGOs.

Location: Brčko District, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Duration: August–September 2025 (15 working days)
