This baseline study was prepared to meet the needs of the project Inclusion of Ethnic Minority Wom- en in the Labour Market, implemented by CARE International, in partnership with Women’s Civic Initia- tive ANTIKO, and financially supported by the European Union. The study examined the employment potentials of ethnic minority women, living in the City of Skopje, and the municipalities of Kumanovo, Štip, Bitola, and Tetovo. The study was based on an analysis of the existing framework of normative and institutional support of inclusion of women from minority groups in the labour market, as well as the active measures undertaken at national and local level to address this issue.
