CARE International Balkans’ (CARE Balkans) Strategy 2023 – 2030 describes the strategic orientation of CARE Balkans’ initiatives in the Western Balkan region, which includes Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Albania, with a population of 17.6 million people.
