CARE International Balkans is launching a call for consultant(s) or an agency to provide technical assistance to four Roma women grassroots organizations in Prnjavor, Doboj, Visoko, and Kakanj under the “Right to a Future” project, funded by Aktion Deutschland Hilft.

The consultant will support the organizations in effectively implementing sub-granting activities addressing harmful practices, including gender-based violence and early marriages. The assignment includes mentoring, monitoring, narrative reporting, support in procurement and financial documentation, as well as visibility and communication assistance in line with donor and CARE standards.
