CARE International Balkans has commenced implementation of the project Addressing Needs of Migrants, Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is funded by CARE Austria and CARE Germany.
The project will be implemented in Una Sana, Sarajevo and Tuzla Cantons through partner organizations. CARE International Balkans will distribute non-food items, warm meals and basic necessities and will offer urgent medical assistance to individuals when needed.
In addition to that, CARE will pilot assistance to integration of asylum seekers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project that is worth almost 300,000 BAM will run from March through September (end August).
