CARE International, in collaboration with the Austrian Land Vorarlberg, is excited to invite women from the rural areas of Podujeva and Obiliq to participate in the “Advancing Kosovo Women’s Agrobusiness Inclusion (AKWA)” project. This initiative aims to empower women through comprehensive agribusiness training and the opportunity to apply for in-kind grants.
The project will support up to 50 women with 4 training sessions in the following topics:
– business development, support for women to develop their own small business plan;
– modern/sustainable agriculture measures (organic, intensive agriculture);
– product development and marketing;
– usage of digital tools in marketing and sales.
Only the women who participated the trainings will be eligible to apply for project grants. Maximum amount of support through in-kind grants is 800 EURO.
The project will provide the following types of in kind grants:
Beekeeping equipment;
Dairy equipment;
Multicultivations;
Greenhouses of 50m2
Who can apply:
Women aged 18 – 60 from target municipalities Podujeva/Podujevo and Obiliq/Obilic, including women from marginalized groups (those at risk of poverty, disadvantaged, women returnees from western countries, minorities, women from the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities), who own an agricultural activity or agribusiness, possess resources for engagement in agriculture (land, water, labour force) and who are committed to actively participate in all project activities, including training and advisory services.
Applications can be obtained from the agricultural offices in the municipalities of Podujevë and Obiliq or requested via email at demaj@care.de.

CARE International financuar nga Land Vorarlberg, me projektin “Avancimi dhe Përfshierja e Agrobizneseve të Grave në Kosovë (AKWA)” fton GRATË NGA ZONAT RURALE TË KOMUNËS PODUJEVËS DHE OBILIQIT, TË MARRIN PJESË NË TRAJNIME TË AGROBIZNESIT DHE TË APLIKOJNË PËR GRANTE.
Projekti do të mbështesë deri në 50 gra me 4 sesione trajnimi në temat e mëposhtme:
– Zhvillimi i biznesit, mbështetje për gratë për të zhvilluar planin e tyre të biznesit të vogël;
– Masat bujqësore moderne (bujqësi organike, intensive);

Kush mund të aplikojë:
Gratë e moshës 18 – 60 nga komuna e Podujevës dhe Obiliqit, duke përfshirë gratë nga grupet e margjinalizuara (ato të rrezikuara nga varfëria, të pafavorizuara, gra të kthyera nga vendet perëndimore, minoritete, gra nga komunitetet rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian), të cilat janë të angazhuara në bujqësi, kanë resurse të mjaftueshme dhe të cilat janë të përkushtuara të marrin pjesë aktive në të gjitha aktivitetet e projektit, duke përfshirë trajnimin dhe shërbimet këshilluese.
Aplikimet mund të merren nga zyrat e bujqësisë në komunën e Podujevës dhe Obiliqit ose të kërkohen përmes emailit në demaj@care.de.

CARE International i austrijska regija Vorarlberg, u okviru projekta „Podsticanje uključivanja kosovskih žena u agrobiznis (AKWA)“ poziva ŽENE IZ RURALNIH PODRUČJA OPŠTINA PODUJEVO I OBILIĆ,
DA UČESTVUJU NA OBUKAMA ZA POLJOPRIVREDNU PROIZVODNJU I PRIJAVE SE ZA DONACIJE U OPREMI.
Projekat će organizovati četiri obuke za ukupno 50 žena, na sledeće teme:
– Razvoj sopstvene poljoprivredne priozvodnje – trening za razvoj sopstvenog biznis plana;
– Savremena poljoprivreda i poljoprivredne mere (organska, intenzivna poljoprivreda);
– Razvoj sopstvenog poljoprivrednog proizvoda i marketing;
– Korišćenje interneta i digitalnih alata u marketingu i prodaji.
Samo žene koje su učestvovale u obuci imaće pravo da se prijave za donacije u opremi, u vrednosti od maksimalno 800 evra.
Projekat će donirati sledeće vrste opreme:
– Oprema za pčelarstvo;
– Oprema za mlečnu proizvodnju;
– Multikultivatori;
– Plastenici od 50m2
Ko može da se prijavi:
Žene dobi od 18 do 60 godina, iz ciljnih opština Podujevo i Obilić, uključujući žene iz marginalizovanih grupa (u riziku od siromaštva, ugrožene, žene povratnice, manjine, žene iz zajednica Roma, Aškalija i Egipćana), koje poseduju poljoprivrednu delatnost ili se bave poljoprivredom, poseduju resurse za poljoprivredu, i koje su posvećene aktivnom učešću u svim projektnim aktivnostima, uključujući obuke i savetodavne usluge.
