Within the framework of the EWI – Economic Inclusion and Justice for Women of the Western Balkans project, which aims to support the development of women’s entrepreneurship through financial and technical assistance, we hereby inform the public about changes in the grant award process.
Following the completion of the contract signing process with the selected beneficiaries, certain candidate withdrawals were recorded, specifically:
- two withdrawals in the large grants category (The lists have not been changed after the appeals period expired).
- three withdrawals in the small grants category (The lists have not been changed after the appeals period expired).
In this regard, the Evaluation Committee held an additional meeting on May 7, 2026, with the aim of filling the vacant positions from the reserve list.
The Committee conducted an additional evaluation of candidates from the reserve list who had achieved an identical number of points, taking into account:
- the quality and sustainability of the business idea
- the justification and feasibility of equipment procurement
- the potential for business development and long-term impact
Based on the comprehensive assessment, a decision was made on the selection of replacement grant beneficiaries, as follows:
Small Grants:

Ana Gorčić, Leskovac
Tijana Živković, Niš
Large Grants:
Stefana Stanojković, Vranje
Tatjana Vintonjak, Niš
The EWI project is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) within the framework of the International Partnerships Austria programme. CARE Balkans implements the project in partnership with LINK Entrepreneurship Center (BiH), ENECA (Serbia), Strategic Development Consulting (North Macedonia), and Tehnopolis (Montenegro).
Obaveštenje o izmenama u procesu dodele grantova u okviru EWI projekta
U okviru projekta EWI – Economic Inclusion and Justice for Women of the Western Balkans, koji ima za cilj podršku razvoju ženskog preduzetništva kroz finansijsku i tehničku podršku, obaveštavamo javnost o izmenama u procesu dodele grantova.
Nakon završenog procesa potpisivanja ugovora sa odabranim korisnicama, evidentirana su određena odustajanja kandidatkinja, i to:
- dva odustajanja u kategoriji velikih grantova (Liste nisu promenjene nakon isteka roka za žalbe).
- tri odustajanja u kategoriji malih grantova (Liste nisu promenjene nakon isteka roka za žalbe).
S tim u vezi, Komisija za evaluaciju je održala dodatni sastanak dana 7.5.2026., s ciljem popunjavanja upražnjenih mesta sa rezervne liste.
Komisija je izvršila dodatnu evaluaciju kandidatkinja sa rezervne liste koje su ostvarile identičan broj bodova, uzimajući u obzir:
- kvalitet i održivost poslovne ideje
- opravdanost i izvodljivost nabavke opreme
- potencijal za razvoj poslovanja i dugoročni uticaj
Na osnovu sveobuhvatne procene, donesena je odluka o izboru zamenskih korisnica grantova, kako sledi:
Mali grantovi:

- Tijana Živković, Niš
Veliki grantovi:
- Stefana Stanojković, Vranje
- Tatjana Vintonjak, Niš
