From May 29 to June 2, CARE International within the “Kosovo Youth Participation” – KYP project organized Digital Marketing training which is taking place at the Vocational Training Center (VTC) in Prishtina.
During 5 days, 13 young people aged 15-25 are getting theoretical knowledge and practical use of digital marketing techniques, enough to enable them to use digital marketing techniques in their future work opportunities. In the training, they are preparing to be more skilled in creating websites and WordPress, content publishing and administration, photo processing, portfolio creation, logo creation, social media marketing, and SEO.
On Tuesday, the participants had a pleasant visit from the Regional Director for CARE International Balkans, Sumka Bučan, who during her visit to Kosovo, shared with those present their role as young people to contribute to the development of society. In addition, she briefly presented the work that the CARE organization constantly does for young people and with young people thus improving their position and inclusion in all areas of society.
The aim of such activities is to increase the opportunities for young people’s economic inclusion and raise their status in society by equipping them with the most needed skills to have easier access to the labor market.
This training is being organized in the framework of the project “Kosovo Youth Participation” with the financial support of the European Union (EU).
