Partner NGO ENECA and CARE on April 23, 2023 organised the Job and Internship Fair at the Science Technology Park Niš. Over 200 young people attended and had the opportunity to meet companies looking for potential employees from the manufacturing and IT sectors.
The Fair provided opportunities of direct communication with employers – distinguished domestic and international companies and institutions from southern Serbia and provided the opportunity for young people to enlist for internship in companies from different industries, or for over 100 free trainings in digital marketing and graphic design.
The fair included two panel discussions around challenges and prospects that go along employment of less educated categories of citizens, as well as around the skills crucial for the new era.
The event was organised within the project “New Economic Opportunities for Returnees and Vulnerable Categories of Citizens in Southern and Eastern Serbia”, conducted by partner organisation ENECA with the support of CARE International Balkans, funded by Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ).
